Gift Voucher Purchases and Refunds

All gift voucher purchases made through our website are considered final and are non-refundable for change of mind, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

If a service purchased through a gift voucher cannot be provided as agreed, customers may be entitled to a refund or another appropriate remedy in accordance with their rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Australian law.

Gift Voucher Validity

Piyawat Thai Massage gift vouchers are issued with a validity period of one year from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is required by contact us. The applicable expiry date will be clearly stated in the gift voucher confirmation email.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed at any of our five Piyawat Thai Massage locations in Perth, Western Australia.

Gift Voucher Transfers and Exchanges

Gift vouchers are issued to the nominated recipient and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Piyawat Thai Massage Staff. Customers wishing to transfer a gift voucher should contact us in advance so that the request can be reviewed and the voucher details verified.

Recipients may request to exchange their original massage treatment for another available treatment. Where the selected treatment is of a higher value than the original voucher, the recipient will be required to pay the applicable price difference.

All treatment changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

Gift Voucher Redemption

Following a successful online purchase, a gift voucher confirmation email containing a unique voucher number will be sent to the nominated recipient.

To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must present the confirmation email and unique voucher number at reception. Our staff will verify the voucher details before providing the treatment.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed during the applicable validity period, subject to the opening hours and treatment availability of the selected location.

Purchase Issues and Customer Support

If you have not received your gift voucher confirmation email, have received incorrect voucher details, or experience any other issue with your purchase, please contact Piyawat Thai Massage.

Our team will review your enquiry and assist in resolving the matter in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
