Welcome to Piyawat Thai Massage. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and redemption of gift vouchers through our website and the use of our massage services.

By purchasing a gift voucher through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights under Australian law remain unaffected.

Online Gift Voucher Purchases

Piyawat Thai Massage offers electronic gift vouchers for massage treatments at our five locations in Perth, Western Australia.

When purchasing a gift voucher, customers are required to provide accurate purchaser and recipient information, including the recipient’s name and email address.

Following successful payment, a confirmation email containing the gift voucher details and a unique voucher number will be sent to the nominated recipient’s email address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate. If an incorrect email address has been entered, please contact Piyawat Thai Massage as soon as possible so that we can assist with your enquiry.

Gift Voucher Validity and Redemption

Gift vouchers are issued with a validity period of one year from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is required to contact us. The applicable expiry date will be specified in the confirmation email.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed at any of our five Piyawat Thai Massage locations in Perth.

To redeem a voucher, the nominated recipient must present the confirmation email containing the unique voucher number at reception. Our staff will verify the voucher details and confirm that the voucher remains valid and has not previously been redeemed.

Each gift voucher is valid for a single redemption of the treatment or value specified, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Treatment Selection and Changes

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for the massage treatment specified at the time of purchase. Recipients may request to change their treatment to another available massage service offered by Piyawat Thai Massage.

Where the requested treatment exceeds the original voucher value, the recipient will be required to pay the applicable price difference.

All treatment changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

Bookings and Treatment Availability

Gift voucher recipients may choose when to redeem their vouchers during the applicable validity period. Treatments are subject to the opening hours and appointment availability of the selected location.

We recommend contacting your preferred Piyawat Thai Massage location in advance to confirm treatment availability and arrange a suitable appointment.

If you have already arranged an appointment and wish to change the date or time, please contact the relevant location as soon as possible.

Gift Voucher Transfers

Gift vouchers are issued to the nominated recipient and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Piyawat Thai Massage.

Customers wishing to transfer a gift voucher must contact our team in advance. All transfer requests are subject to verification and approval.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

Lost or Incorrect Gift Voucher Emails

Customers who have not received their gift voucher confirmation email or believe that their voucher details are incorrect should contact Piyawat Thai Massage.

Recipients are encouraged to keep their unique voucher number secure and contact us promptly if they believe their voucher has been used without authorisation.

Amendments to These Terms

Piyawat Thai Massage reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on our website.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will not override any existing contractual rights or statutory consumer protections.
